1. Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 60 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Not marked as final sale
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Sézane account.
- Go to the Order History section and select the order you wish to return.
- Click on the Return button next to the item(s) you want to return.
- Follow the instructions to print your return label.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
